Traditional Ceremony

We come to the venue you have reserved and perform a traditional ceremony to reflect the couple’s beliefs and express the love they share.

Couple can choose to exchange own prearranged vows along with adding things to the script such as honoring loved ones, holding peace, prayers, and more.

Custom Ceremony

For Couples wanting a more personalize and custom drafted ceremony.
Your Officiant will get to know you as a couple and compose a ceremony that incorporates your unique story and love.

We come to the venue you have reserved and perform a flawless ceremony composed specially for the couple.

Couple will fill out Relationship Questionnaires which will allow the officiant to draft an original, one of a kind ceremony.

Virtual/Zoom Ceremony
Choose a Zoom wedding with Rev. Rod and host your wedding ceremony from the comfort of your own home. Whether it is a private ceremony to include you and the officiant, or you would like guests to virtually join in, we can host your virtual wedding ceremony via Zoom.
This is a great option for couples in the military that are apart.
How does a virtual wedding work?
1. Couple must obtain a Texas Marriage license from any Texas County Clerks’s office. You can find more information about obtaining a Texas Marriage License here!
2. You will get a confirmation email with instructions on where to mail your license as well as the zoom link that you will use to access the virtual wedding. This link can be given to your guests to tune in as well.
3. We will perform your virtual marriage ceremony via Zoom. The couple does not have to be together in the same room. However, since Texas is a single proxy state at least one of the persons being wed must be in Texas at the time of the ceremony. Each can be at different locations and login to the Zoom. The license will be signed on camera.
4. After the ceremony is performed and the license is signed, the license will be mailed back to the county’s clerk’s office for filing. The county clerk will then sign and file the license. An official signed copy will be returned to you- this is your marriage certificate!

Rehearsal Add-On
Ensure everything flows perfectly on your big day with an optional ceremony rehearsal. Typically held the day before or at your chosen venue, this walkthrough allows you and your wedding party to practice the process, easing any nerves and ensuring everyone feels comfortable with their roles.

Common Questions
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within the San Antonio area is included. For locations further away, a modest fee is applied based on distance to cover time and travel.
Travel fees apply any time an officiant must drive more than 20 miles/minutes.
1. Within 75 miles from Officiant’s home $1/mile/minute
2. 75 miles to 150 miles from Officiant’s Home $75 plus $1/mile/minute
3. More than 150 miles from Officiant’s Home $100/hour plus $1/mile/minute
***If an officiant must travel far enough that overnight stay is required the couple is responsible for the travel fee, overnight stay at 3-star or above accommodation and $50/day per diem.

Absolutely. With the Custom Ceremony, every word is personalized to reflect your unique journey. We will work together to ensure the ceremony feels true to your love story.
How do you handle ceremony rehearsals?
I arrive early or day before to coordinate with your venue and wedding party, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and the flow is seamless for your big day. We will only rehearse the actions of the ceremony script. It is the job of the wedding planner or day-of coordinator to organize and instruct your wedding party for the processional and recessional.
